How to order?

Seafarer.Global, founded by seafarers worldwide, is dedicated to providing online shopping services for maritime professionals during port calls. Our platform offers a comprehensive range of products including daily essentials, protective gear, snacks, electronics, office supplies, gifts, and toys. Seafarers can place orders in advance, and we ensure direct vessel delivery upon your ship's berthing at the port. With multi-port coordination, transparent pricing, and regular promotional campaigns, we've already welcomed over 290,000 seafarers into our global community.


The shopping process is designed to be straightforward and user-friendly. Please follow the steps outlined below.

step1:Registered Shared Account → Share with seafarers

The designated purchasing officer (Master, Chief Officer, or another appointed crew member) shall register a shared account on the designated platform using their official email address. Subsequently, they must disseminate the website URL and contact information to all crew members via official channels.

step2:Seafarer Add Items To Shared Cart

 A deadline shall be established, requiring each crew member to log into the shared account using their personal computers, tablets, or smartphones. Upon selecting items, they must input their full name in the remarks field before adding products to the shopping cart.

step3:Verify and Submit Master Order   

Before vessel arrival, designated shopper (Captain/First Officer/other assigned personnel) must verify cart contents and submit order ASAP.
No complicated info—just select port, date, enter ship name & contact.

step4:Delivery & Distribute

Upon your vessel's berthing at the designated pier, we shall arrange direct delivery of goods to the ship in accordance with the agreed schedule.The designated purchasing officer shall distribute items in accordance with the names specified in the shopping cart, ensuring accurate delivery to each crew member.

Important Notes:

  1. Only seafarer work emails allowed - personal emails may cancel orders.
  2. Check cart before finalizing! Items might be missing or accidentally removed by some seafarer.
  3. Update account if vessel/crew changes - old info blocks access.
